No base-rate price increases. €9 monthly or €8 with an annual commitment.
No upfront payment. Annual commitments can be billed after each month or after the year.
First paid month at 50% off; annual plans receive an equivalent credit.
For teams of up to 30 active members, the first six remain at 50% off after month one.

Prices exclude applicable tax. Paid ordering is not open online. We provide the final quote and terms before any charge.

When does a team outgrow Slack Pro?

Several governed workspaces. Pro covers one workspace. Organisation-wide workspace management belongs to Enterprise+.
Central channel administration. Slack’s central channel-management tools require Business+ or Enterprise; private-channel scope also has conditions.
Identity without a Salesforce dependency. SAML and SCIM on Free and Pro require a connected Salesforce organisation. Higher plans offer broader identity options.
Your own hosting. Slack is provider-hosted. Aegis supports local work and direct or customer-hosted routes; Mattermost and Element also offer self-hosted options.
Complete exports. Standard Pro exports cover public channels and contain file links, rather than the files themselves. Private-channel and direct-message exports require a separate approved process. Aegis’s governed archive/export workflows are still in development.

Slack can archive and restore channels; paid plans keep archived history searchable. Free Slack exposes 90 days of history and deletes data older than one year. Aegis stores local history on your device; disk capacity, backups and company policy still matter.

Provider promotions excluded. Verify license, purchase route and final quote. Aegis ordering remains closed online.

Aegis rates above are standard rates. The first paid month is half price; afterward, the first six members are half price while the team has up to 30 active members. Membership during any part of a UTC day counts for that day. Annual means a 12-month commitment; invoicing follows service. Optional AI provider and self-hosting costs are separate. Aegis standard base rates will not increase. Taxes, member count, discount eligibility and optional provider or hosting costs can change your total.

Aegis is in early access. Enterprise identity, provisioning and public migration workflows are planned and shown in yellow. Provider history, storage, identity, support and billing policies differ; these rows describe availability rather than equivalent security, compliance or service guarantees.
